1. Can I modify my account details?

2. What do I do if I have forgotten my username and / or password?
Take it easy! Your username is your email address. To recover your password you must go to the home page and click on «My Account» that you will find in the upper right corner. There you will see a link, «Forgot your password?» on which you must click and we will send you an email with which you can retrieve it.

7. How do I place my order?
You can place an order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The purchase process is simple and very intuitive
• Select the products you want to buy and add them to your shopping cart by clicking on «Add to cart».
• Access the shopping cart (at the top right) and check that everything is in order before clicking on «Checkout».

8. How do I know if the product I want is available?
When a product is not available, it will appear on the product sheet as an “Not Available” item. In that case, send us an email to email@example.com and we will notify you as soon as it is available again.
9. How to modify or cancel an order?
Once the order is confirmed, it will be processed in our warehouse, although you can send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org in case we are still in time to make any changes. In the event that it is not possible, you can manage the return once you receive it.
10. What do I do if I have not received the order confirmation email?
If you have not received our confirmation email but you have seen the confirmation message on the web, with your order number, and the corresponding payment has been made, don’t worry. There may be an error in the email address, that the mail is in your spam folder or that we may have had a computer error. To check what happened, contact us.
