Shipping & returns

Mainly we want you to be happy with your purchase and that is why if for any reason you are not satisfied from INFINITO MINI we accept exchanges and returns, as long as the product is not tampered with or used in poor condition.

Availability and reservations

Sometimes, and due to causes that are difficult to control, such as human errors or incidents in computer systems, we may not be able to serve any of the purchased garments to the customer. In that case, we will contact the customer before shipping.

INFINITO MINI will not be responsible for errors caused in delivery when the delivery address entered by the client in the order form does not conform to reality or has been omitted.

Shipping and conditions

 

 

All delivery times will start counting from the next business day (Monday to Friday) that the order has been placed.

Faced with the situation arising from COVID19 INFINITO MINI is not responsible for the fact that a specific country closes the borders and does not allow shipments, as soon as they reopen, we will proceed to the shipment normally.

Exceptionally, and for reasons beyond the control of INFINITO MINI, if shipments take longer than the indicated deadlines, the client will contact us by mail (info@infinitomini.com) to review the order number and if necessary, make a request or claim to the shipping agency.

INFINITO MINI will not be held responsible in the event that the order does not meet the deadline indicated above, as it is the responsibility of the transport company.

How do I manage my exchange or return?

Please send us an email to the address info@infinitomini.com with the following information:

to. Specify the order number or full name of the person who placed the order

b. The products you want to return and the ones you want to receive, the reason and the need for exchange.

You will receive a response from us to proceed as soon as possible in the next 24-48 hours with the best solution!

Returns

Returns will be accepted within 2 days from receipt of the product.

The change process will be managed in the shipping company of your choice, through a CERTIFIED SHIPPING WITH TRACKING NUMBER, the customer will have to manage the shipment to our physical location by sending the products to the following address: xxxxxxxxxx and the direct cost of the Return of the good or service will be assumed by the customer.

Returns of products that have been used, modified or broken due to misuse by the customer will not be accepted.

Returns will be paid without shipping costs.

Once we receive your return and check the status of the products, if they are in perfect condition, the corresponding refund will be made, which you will receive within 1 to 3 business days.
